Mr. Ristic impressed us with his breadth of knowledge and experience, and his love for the Design and Engineering profession. He especially stood out by bringing to the interview, an impressive portfolio of past work and professional accomplishments.
We hired Goran as our Design Engineer to develop an outdoor, climate controlled telecommunications enclosure. Goran's broad skill set was a tremendous asset as the project involved mechanical design and engineering, electrical and electronic systems, battery technology and thermal systems design and analysis. Goran is a true Engineer who knows the math and actually likes to do it. He has strong and broad CAD and computer skills.
Goran was also able to design and construct various test fixtures and processes that significantly improved our production processes and products. His capabilities in the area of finite element analysis proved to be an unexpected bonus.
Goran's punctuality and attendance was excellent and his demeanor professional, respectful and personable.
My business was sold to, and merged with a much larger company about a year after hiring Goran, but I continued to be his Manager as the Director of R&D Engineering at the acquiring company. I parted with that company 2 years later. Goran continued until its relocation to the US.
If my present business was the type that required any type of Design or Manufacturing Engineer, I wouldn't be writing this letter, I'd be hiring him!
