Mr. Goran Ristic is known to me as an engineer with a broad experience in modern methods of mechanical engineering.
Mr. Ristic is intelligent, hard working and reliable. His approach to life and profession is honest and enthusiastic. He is cooperative and adaptable.
Mr. Ristic joined the team of constructors of the TESLA Accelerator Installation, whose construction has been going on in the VINCA Institute of Nuclear Sciences, in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, in May 1992. His first job was to construct the resonators of the radio-frequency system of the VINCY Cyclotron, the main part of the TESLA Accelerator Installation. In order to initiate that job, he was sent to the European Center for Nuclear Research (CERN), in Geneva, Switzerland, in May 1992, and he was working there until April 1993. He was also participating in the construction of the correction coils of the VINCY Cyclotron, and the inflector and electrodes in its central region. He was doing all those jobs excellently, completing them with perfection, and, thus, I can say that his contribution to the construction of the VINCY Cyclotron has been substantial.
My deepest opinion is that Mr. Ristic would easily fit into a team of constructors of a mechanical device or facility, and that the team would fully profit from his engagement.
